I specialise in making budget websites for artists, musicians and writers. Prices start at £100 for a simple 3 page site, and would go up to £1 million for a baroque 394,230 page site with real gold bits and diamonds. Probably. Most stuff tends to be in the £100-£200 range, though.

I write from scratch in HTML/CSS, with some PHP.
